Last updated: February 27, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Shooio website and services (including but not limited to Web Lens API and Time Lens), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Provision
Shooio reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You agree that Shooio shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
3. API Usage Limits and Abuse
Certain services (like Web Lens) are provided via API. You agree to use these APIs within the documented rate limits. Attempting to bypass these limits, reverse engineer the platform, or use the service for malicious purposes (including DDoS attacks, scraping unauthorized data, or distributing malware) will result in immediate termination of your access.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shooio and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shooio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Shooio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
