Create an R2 Bucket
Sidebar → R2 Object Storage → Create bucket
Generate API Token
R2 → Manage R2 API Tokens → Create API Token → Select "Object Read & Write" permission
Copy Credentials
Note the Access Key ID and Secret Access Key (shown only once)
